ihave pneumonia and cant sleep what should i do?

Crank up the thermostat to about 78 degrees. It will dry up your nose without drugs and will avoid the coughing from post nasal drip (if you have that). It seemed to help clear up a cough I had for 8 weeks.



Also try chicken noodle soup (or chicken ramen noodles) and honey lemon tea (besides antibiotics). Jello is also good and easy to digest.
