I blew my nose and now my ear is ringing?

I was blowing my nose as I've been sick and had sinus congestion for a while now, and my right ear made a loud squeaky sucking noise and now it feels weird and I hear a constant ringing/rushing-water noise from it. It's bugging me; how can I fix it? [I've yawned, opened my mouth wide, etc. but it won't pop :I]

This is because of cold, use warm water in drinking and try for hot drinks oftern in winter season.
