actually its emphysema. its known as an obstructive air disease, meaning a person with this disease is unable to breathe out all the air properly. majority of the cases (90%) are caused by long term smoking. It can lead to several problemss including shortness of breath, infections and becoming dependent on Oxygen. With good medical care and medications though the person can still live a pretty normal life
